The Albany-Tula Alliance is a grassroots, not-for-profit volunteer organization composed ofcitizens of Albany and the surrounding Capital Region of New York State. Partnering with citizens of Tula, Russia, we have come together to provide mutual support and inspiration and to carry on a long-term program dedicated to the growth and well-being of both communities.

Through the Upstate Artists Guild, the Albany-Tula Alliance seeks to build relationships between the artistic communities of Tula, Russia, and Albany, NY. We hope to showcase the artwork of a number of Tula artists in various UAG exhibitions throughout the year.
