My photographs are mainly based on my dreams. The vocabulary in my work references different cultures, history, nature, religion, architecture, and landscapes. My photographic process consists of layering multiple images, and manipulating the image itself by drawing on or scratching into it, to achieve the desired effect.
I always know what I want to achieve, but the finished work always takes a life of its own and goes far beyond my greatest expectations.
