My artwork gives a provocative twist on the shapes and colors of the soul. I take what jolts my life, culturally and socially then turn it into a celebration of endless artistic capabilities. Much of my childhood was spent on the New Hampshire and Massachusettes ocean coast then later schooled in the fine arts in upstate New York. Having used a variety of materials my choice to work with is metal, stone, acrylic on canvas, and photography. The subject matter of each body of work sometimes determines the materials used. My work is mostly unpredictable at best and is schematic when it is called for. At times I allow the the material being used to be the judge of what is being produced which spontaneity delivers some of my best works. With the start of a new day of life sparks the beginning of a fresh work of art. -Art Can Save Your Soul
